At SEVII, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out—and that’s okay. Your satisfaction, and your pup’s comfort, mean the world to us.

🕒 Return Window

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To ensure the product can find a new loving home, returned items must be:
 • Unused and in brand-new condition
 • Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or any damage
 • With all tags attached and in original packaging
 • Not washed, worn, or altered

We kindly ask for your understanding that we may not accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
 • Sale or clearance items
 • Personalized or custom-made products
 • Gift cards

📦 How to Return

Please email us with your order number and a brief description of your return request. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions.
 • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the product is defective or incorrect).
 • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help you with an exchange, depending on availability. Just mention it in your return request.
